PRIVACY, ACCURACY & STEWARDSHIP

Family history,
shared with care.

The archive uses thoughtful access controls, human review, and responsible technology to protect the family’s history and the privacy of living relatives.
01

Private by design

No information about individual family members is published on the public website. Access requests are personally reviewed, and approved members agree not to republish private information about living relatives.

02

AI-assisted · Human-reviewed

Artificial intelligence may help compare GEDCOM updates, organize records, transcribe documents, or identify information that needs review. AI suggestions are not automatically treated as historical facts.

03

Sources remain the authority

Original records and images are preserved. Uncertainty and conflicting information are disclosed rather than hidden, and people make the final research and publication decisions.

04

Family knowledge matters

Technology cannot replace the knowledge of relatives, careful research, or trustworthy historical evidence. The family remains at the center of this project.

OUR COMMITMENT

AI helps organize the work.
People make the decisions.

AI does not decide who belongs in the family.AI does not independently approve corrections.AI does not invent missing relatives, faces, events, or evidence.
